In cases where farmers in Nansha district entrust village collective land with confirmed contractual management rights for centralized circulation, if the total concentrated contiguous land area reaches 50 mu (3.3 hectares) and the circulation term is more than five years, a circulation subsidy of 300 yuan per mu and 100 yuan per mu may be granted from the district treasury to the farmers (transfers) and the village collectives respectively; such a subsidy can be enjoyed simultaneously with a similar kind granted from a superior department. For business entities (transferees) who accept the transfer of confirmed land contractual management rights from farmers, if the involved land area reaches 100 mu, and the circulation term is more than five years, a circulation subsidy of 500 per mu per year may be given. For eligible business entities who lease state-owned agricultural land with an area of more than 100 mu for a term of more than three years, if the annual rent exceeds 2,000 yuan per mu, and the rent level is consistent with that of the same type of agricultural land in the region, a subsidy may be given for the excess part, subject to a maximum amount of 500 yuan per mu per year.

3. Support for the development of protective facilities for agricultural production. For any newly-built multi-span steel-framed sheds covering an area of more than 10 mu, a one-off subsidy of 10,000 yuan per mu may be given based on the actual construction area. For any new tunnel-style steel-framed arch sheds covering an area of more than 10 mu, a one-off subsidy may be given based on the actual construction area. For any aquaculture fish pond with an area covered with anti-seepage membrane of more than five mu, an annual subsidy of 1,000 yuan per mu may be given based on the membrane-covered area. For aquaculture wintering sheds with a film-covered area of more than five mu, an annual subsidy of 1,000 yuan per mu will be granted based on the film coverage.
