Nansha creates more integration with HK, Macao at forum

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cooperation and Development Forum, which is one of the six forums of the 2021 Asia Youth Leaders Forum that was held in Guangzhou's Nansha district from Nov 27 to 28, cast eyes on Nansha's efforts in attracting Hong Kong and Macao resources in recent years.

"Since I came to Nansha in 2016, I didn't want to leave," said one of the Hong Kong youth representatives. She noted that both the Nansha free trade zone and the Greater Bay Area have provided opportunities for industries to upgrade and seek integration.

At present, Nansha has been actively integrating regulations in Hong Kong and Macao in terms of enterprise registration and professional qualification recognition. People from Hong Kong and Macao can also enjoy the same services as mainland residents in areas such as rapid business startup and tax administration.
