Qingsheng readies for new primary school opening in 2023

The main construction of Dongchong No 7 Primary School is one of the important livelihood projects in Qingsheng area, Nansha's Dongchong town, local media outlets reported on Nov 10.

Construction is expected to be completed by April 30, 2022 and acceptance is expected to be granted on July 30, 2023.

The primary school is located in the southeastern corner of Qingsheng area, which is north of Sansha Road and west of Guantan East Road.

The school has been designed to offer 48 classes and will have supporting facilities such as a gymnasium, a canteen and an underground parking garage.

The 4-storey school occupies 38,900 square meters and has a basement. The school's colors are gray and white and colorful paintings will be applied to create an active and lively atmosphere.

The large overhead space on the first floor of the campus building provides more activity space for students, and the space can be utilized during all four seasons.
