Science and technology enterprises in Guangzhou's Nansha district are actively contributing their strength to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic resurgence.

The headquarters of Adicon has sent 33 staff and 45 testing machines from subsidiaries around the country to assist with Nansha's nucleic acid testing.

The Adicon Clinical Laboratories in Nansha now has 50 staff and 55 machines, allowing for an increased daily capacity of more than 30,000 test tubes.

Adicon's mobile polymerase chain reaction laboratory arrived in Nansha on June 13 and is capable of processing another 13,000 test tubes. In addition, the company will dispatch 10 more staff from elsewhere in the country to Nansha.

In addition, local scientific research institutions and technology enterprises have also donated a large number of infrared thermometers, disinfection robots, and medical face masks to key areas in the district.
