Nansha liaises with regions on labor dispute arbitration

Labor dispute arbitration agencies from the Nansha Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Hainan province, Guangdong province's Dongguan, Foshan and Zhongshan cities and Zhuhai's Hengqin New Area signed a regional cooperation agreement on April 28.

Launched by Nansha, the regional accord among the labor dispute arbitration agencies will cover various areas, such as setting up joint arbitration courts, online trans-regional court trials and mandatory investigations.

An online shared arbitration platform applying advanced technologies such as 5G was also set up during the signing ceremony. This will provide people in Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Nansha and Hengqin with efficient and convenient means to deal with trans-regional labor disputes.

A total of 19 arbitrators have also been hired to further implement regional cooperation in labor disputes arbitration.
