The main structure of the 150-meter Nansha International Trading Center in Nansha's Pearl Bay is scheduled to finish construction by August 2022.

Construction of the center's main structure started on May 29, 2020. It has now completed construction for the engineering piles.

Covering a total area of 12,562 square meters, the center will have an overall floorage of 110,015 sq m.

Various inspirations such as silk, cloth and the sea have been incorporated into the design of the center's external facade, making it delicate and elegant.

Carbon neutral measures have been taken to achieve sustainable development, such as using energy-saving colored glass and setting up ventilation windows.

Smart management systems such as smart parking and face recognition will be applied in the center to give full play to the advantages of cloud computing and the internet, cutting down the human input in overall management.

Three service platforms, such as the comprehensive trade service platform and the government service platform for foreign trade and foreign affairs, will be built to help domestic and overseas companies deal with problems in areas spanning finance and comprehensive services.

Supporting facilities for both commercial and business usages will be integrated in the center, offering places for local people to carry out activities such as meetings, exhibitions, business negotiations and commodity trading.

Professional foreign-related institutions such as a visa center, overseas business associations and the liaison offices of foreign affairs agencies will be introduced to the center, making it a one-stop service platform.

The center will comply with the regional positioning and industrial development planning of the Pearl Bay to devote efforts to attracting companies managing industries spanning international commerce, cross-border e-commerce, shipping, logistics, financial services and business services, and strive to become a platform for global commerce and service.
