The Nansha Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot FTZ signed cooperative framework agreements in Qingdao on March 12.
The two areas will carry out strategic cooperation in innovative development and jointly build a global traceability center.
According to the framework agreements, Nansha and Qingdao will team up in the innovation and sharing of mechanism reform outcomes, promote the integrated development of port and shipping services, deepen cooperation in industry and trade, and push forward financial cooperation.
The two areas will offer new tools for the regional digital governance model on the basis of the global traceability system, building a case study for future digital asset management and the digital governance paradigm.
Cooperation with other countries and regions will be strengthened by promoting cooperation outcomes between Nansha and Qingdao, helping to foster the new dual circulation development paradigm, which has domestic circulation as its main driver, with domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other.
