The Guangzhou campus of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology has started enrollment for the 2021-2022 academic year, with new research graduates from Hong Kong being able to receive HK$18,030 ($2,325.56) every month in funding.

The Guangzhou campus will set up four schools, namely the School of Science, the School of Engineering, the School of Business and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. A Doctor of Business Administration program will also start enrollment for the first time.

The deadline for non-Hong Kong students to register for courses at the Guangzhou campus is June 1, 2021 and the deadline for Hong Kong students is July 15, 2021.

An academic pilot program covering four academic areas - function, information, system and society - will also be available. All students on the program will have to go to the Guangzhou campus for further study by September 2022. The deadline for students to hand in applications is March 1, 2021.
