A three-year action plan on promoting more Nansha companies being listed was released by Nansha's financial working bureau on July 29, noting that 10 more companies will be listed on domestic or overseas markets in three years.

At present, the number of market entities in Nansha has amounted to nearly 160,000, including 587 high-tech companies, 560 manufacturing companies above designated size, and 985 service enterprises.

By the end of June 2020, the number of listed companies on domestic or overseas markets in Nansha has reached eight and the total market capitalization of these eight companies amounted to nearly 62.66 billion yuan ($9 billion). Five of the companies are listed at the A-share market, while the other three are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The district has offered an overall reward of 36.63 million yuan for companies being listed since the release of a document on supporting the development of the financial service industry in 2017.

Nansha has increased its reward in 2020, as companies meeting certain requirements can receive a reward of up to 8 million yuan for being listed and listed companies that have newly moved to Nansha are eligible for a one-time reward of up to 5 million yuan.
