The General Office of the State Council announced 30 incentive support measures on May 8 for a list of 213 areas that have achieved great outcomes in implementing national major policies in China last year.

Guangzhou has won nine of the measures, setting a new historic record, of which two of the measures went to Nansha district.

Nansha will get the priority to carry out reforms in business systems, such as business registration, company annual report system, big data supervision, and credit repair. It can also gain precedence in having registration authority for foreign-invested companies and having support in the recognition among national advertising industrial parks.

The district will also be rewarded with a subsidy of no less than 10 million yuan ($1.41 million) for allocating funds separately in its annual budget.

Nansha has made great achievements in reform innovation as it has formulated 658 innovations since it was inaugurated five years ago, of which 42 of them have been promoted across the country.
