The launch ceremony for the Recreational Vehicle (RV) campground and the signing ceremony for the Maofeng Mountain Forest Wellness Alliance took place at Maofeng Mountain Forest Park in Guangzhou, offering residents a new leisure option to connect with nature.

Maofeng Mountain — a national 4A-level scenic area — boasts a forest coverage rate of up to 95 percent and abundant negative oxygen ions. Leveraging its superior ecological environment, the scenic area is committed to creating a comprehensive destination that integrates tourism, living, and wellness. With the growing popularity of micro-vacations, RV camping has become a preferred weekend getaway option for families in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The event showcased a trendy lifestyle combining forest ecology, self-driving travel, and outdoor camping. Looking ahead, the scenic area plans to develop forest wellness trails, host concerts, and organize nature education classes, creating a unique experience by the city, in the forest, and under the stars. By partnering with nearby high-quality resources and medical institutions, the area has also established an innovative "forest + wellness + medical care" model to promote the integrated development of ecological, cultural, and wellness tourism.

Currently, the RV campground is open for group reservations, allowing residents to enjoy RV travel and embrace the forest breeze and starry skies nearby.
