The 15th National Games rowing competition is being held from Nov 6 to 11 at the Guangdong International Rowing Center in Zhongluotan town, Baiyun district, Guangzhou.

The event features 16 categories, including men's and women's single sculls, double sculls, and quadruple sculls, with approximately 613 athletes from 23 teams participating.

The lineup includes top athletes such as the Tokyo Olympics women's quadruple sculls champions Chen Yunxia, Zhang Ling, Lyu Yang, and Cui Xiaotong, as well as world champions such as Zhang Liang, Yi Xudi, and Qiu Xiuping, who won the first gold medal at the Hangzhou Asian Games.

This competition also marks the return of the National Games rowing competition to the Guangdong International Rowing Center after 24 years. The venue has been fully prepared, with clearly designated functional areas, including security checkpoints, spectator service zones, medical stations, and media work areas. Spectators are reminded to enter through designated security checkpoints with their tickets and ID documents.

With ticket sales progressing well, the event is expected to draw crowds eager to witness the excitement and the awarding of multiple gold medals.
