Baiyunli Intl Beauty Center opened in Guangzhou

Updated : October 30, 2025

Recently, the Baiyunli International Beauty Center opened in the heart of Baiyun New Town, Guangzhou.

Covering a total floor area of over 250,000 square meters in its first phase, the project features three main segments: office spaces, a beauty supply chain center, a five-star hotel, and live-streaming apartments. The center aims to become a nationally leading beauty industry complex integrating exhibition and trade, both physically and digitally.

The center innovatively adopts an operational model combining "fashion industry entities with omni-channel e-commerce supply chains". Leveraging its self-developed "Yuanhuitong" industrial service platform, it facilitates the integrated development of offline exhibition-trade and online operations, helping merchants achieve one store reaching the entire nation, and one shop selling globally. Currently, nearly 50 percent of the leasing spaces have been secured, with over 600 shops already settled, and all ground-floor spaces fully occupied.

As the permanent branch venue of the China International Beauty Expo, the center hosted the International Beauty Festival this September. The event spanned 20,000 sq m, gathered more than 500 enterprises and over 1,200 product categories, and attracted over 50,000 visitors in six days, creating an efficient platform for supply-demand matching in the beauty industry.

The completion of the Baiyunli International Beauty Center will complement existing commercial clusters in the Baiyun New Town area, such as the Baiyun Beauty Bay Plaza and Sanyuanli Cosmetics Trading City, filling the gap in high-end beauty industry aggregation in the district.
