Guangzhou Private Science, Technology Park established for 30 years
Since its founding in 1995, Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park has evolved over three decades from a small 0.7-square-kilometer "experimental field" into a 38-sq-km national technology park, serving as a key driver of regional economic development.

The park is known for its skyscraper factories and a tech CBD, leading to highly efficient and intensive development. It currently has more than 170 enterprises per sq km, with a daily output value of over 600 million yuan ($84.06 million) and expected annual revenue to exceed 220 billion yuan in 2024.
Although covering just 0.7 percent of Baiyun district's land, it generates more than half of the district's industrial output. The park has cultivated industry giants like Baiyun Electric, Oppein Home Group, and Chenghe Technology, as well as emerging companies in hydrogen energy, communications, and supply chains, creating a complete industrial chain ecosystem.
Thanks to its strategic proximity to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, the park provides easy transportation access and swift government services, with some business registration approvals finalized in just one hour. Utilizing smart management and international logistics networks, it supports the quick international market entry of "Made in China" products.
Moving forward, the park will continue to serve as an incubator for new-quality productive forces, empowering more enterprises to take root, grow, and connect with global opportunities.
