As China's first commercial complex that was formerly an airport terminal, the project preserves industrial heritage structures, such as the control tower and boarding bridges, while recreating an immersive terminal experience through redesigned circulation routes and lighting.

The renovated T5 Mall adopts a differentiated layout across its floors. The first floor focuses on trendsetting fashion and diverse entertainment, featuring flagship sportswear stores and trendy brands.

The second floor is designed for families, offering a 24-hour fitness club, parent-child entertainment centers, and themed dining options.

The third floor emphasizes large-scale entertainment and dining, integrating KTV, arcades, and other nightlife venues.

The complex has attracted anchor tenants such as Kaloohop Fitness Club and Siqiexing Tennis Club, while implementing a first-store priority strategy to enhance its competitive edge.

The mall features a 6,000-square-meter outdoor Windmill Plaza that hosts well-known music venues and markets to boost nighttime economy offerings. Members also enjoy perks such as three hours of free parking, with plans to integrate membership benefits across all terminals of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
