Recently, Baiyun district announced applications for its fifth batch of talent apartments in 2025, including the Yunyu Talent Apartment project at Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City.

A total of 69 units are available for eligible high-level talents, young professionals, and employees of key enterprises. The application period runs from Sept 18 to Oct 17.

The apartments in Building D of Yuexiu Tianyue Yunhu include a 54-square-meter one-bedroom, 78-sq-m two-bedroom, and 101-sq-m three-bedroom units, all renting at 34 yuan ($4.77) per square meter.

Strategically situated in Baiyun Lake Digital Tech City, near Baiyun Lake and Tinggang Station (Metro Line 8), the complex offers a blend of ecological tranquility and easy access.

Being the first talent apartment project in Baiyun district built to regional standards, it aims to provide tailored housing for professionals in key local industries.
