The project covers a total floor area of 220,000 square meters and includes four super-high-rise towers. It combines Grade-A office spaces, residential apartments, hotels, and commercial facilities, with the goal of promoting green, smart industries and a fashion-oriented economic cluster.

Yuesheng Plaza is a key component of Asia's extensive transport hub, offering a multi-level commercial area and a 24-hour nightlife to cater to both quick transit needs and relaxed living. With six metro lines and an air-rail interchange, it enhances the Greater Bay Area's one-hour living circle. By 2030, Baiyun Station's annual passenger count is expected to exceed 43 million.

International brands like Erennial International Health and Medical Hub and InterContinental Hotels have already established a presence, boosting the development of a headquarters economy and a consumer industry cluster.

Moving forward, the project plans to connect to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport via intercity railways, which will take only 15 minutes. This creates a prime corridor linking the Greater Bay Area within an hour and Southeast Asia within three hours, giving new momentum to Guangzhou's ambition of becoming an international consumption hub.
