The project is scheduled for completion and delivery by the end of this year, providing new momentum for Baiyun's modern industrial cluster development. It is expected to generate an annual output value of at least 200 million yuan ($28.1 million).
The park, developed and managed through a partnership between the Guangdong Institute of Laser Plasma Accelerator Technology and Shenzhen Feihong Industrial Investment, covers roughly 100,000 square meters. It features nine innovative industrial buildings that combine manufacturing, research, and office spaces, with the goal of establishing a complete industrial headquarters base.
The park provides versatile spaces to accommodate various requirements, such as single-floor research and development offices ranging from 810 to 1,407 sq m and standalone headquarters buildings of about 5,400 sq m. It has already drawn many companies, including top firms in the automotive aftermarket and biotechnology industries, indicating early clustering.
Looking ahead, the park will implement a model combining a "Research Institute + Talent Center + Industrial Transformation Platform" to consistently support upstream and downstream industries and boost the district's industrial strength.
