Construction of the Baiyun Fifth Line road is now complete, with its handover process underway and the road's opening expected before the end of the year.

This urban main road, stretching 1.9 kilometers and with eight lanes in both directions, is designed for speeds of up to 60 km per hour.

It will enable seamless connectivity between Guangzhou International Port and the surrounding high-speed road network, improving east-west traffic efficiency in the Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City.

The previously opened Huangjinwei Avenue (from Yagang Avenue to Beitai Road) connected Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City with Guangzhou Baiyun Station. Baiyun Fifth Line will further increase the density of this regional road network and enhance the northward transport capacity of the Huangjinwei area.

As an essential component of Baiyun district's east-west traffic artery, the line will provide more convenient travel conditions for residents and businesses along the route, injecting new vitality into the region's economic development.
