GBA youth station launched in Baiyun
The Greater Bay Area Youth Station kicked off on Aug 10 in Baiyun district, offering short-term free accommodation and comprehensive services such as employment support for young people coming to Guangzhou.
The event featured special service areas, such as the "Career Guidance" recruitment zone, which offered over 70 quality job opportunities in fields like cultural creation and e-commerce; a "Legal Support" area providing professional consultations on labor rights protection; and an expert team from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine that offered traditional Chinese medicine therapy experiences, including interactive activities like making mugwort sachets, to promote Chinese medicine culture.

Baiyun currently hosts several Greater Bay Area Youth Stations at locations such as Mofang Apartment's Jinshazhou Branch and Luochongwei Branch, providing diverse services to young people coming to Guangzhou.
A representative from the district's Youth League Committee stated that the stations are not only temporary accommodations but also the first stop for young people integrating into the city.
The committee plans to conduct regular activities in policy, healthcare, and employment to create a service matrix encompassing "housing-employment-integration", continuously enhancing young people's sense of belonging.
