The project site, located on the west side of Baiyun Lake's West Lake, will cover an area of 3,631 square meters with a total floor area of 10,167 sq m.
Jointly invested by Shenzhen Jmyida Technology and Zhongjian Navigation, Yunji specializes in "AI + 3D" technology research and development. Its product portfolio includes 3D modeling equipment and three-dimensional data production systems, with digital solutions already provided to e-commerce platforms, Gree, Autohome, and other enterprises. Established in Baiyun Lake in 2023, the company achieved revenue exceeding 100 million yuan ($13.92 million) in the first half of 2024, with an annual target of 200 million yuan.
The new research and development center will combine headquarters offices, 3D exhibition halls, AI research facilities, and collaborative spaces for partners such as Kingdee Software. Its goal is to establish a domestic 3D engine and AI digital industry cluster.
The project's implementation will strengthen Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City's competitive edge in next-generation information technology, injecting fresh momentum into district development.
