Located on the east side of Guanghua Road in Jianggao town, Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Guangjiao Health Industry Park opened on July 17, with 10 medical enterprises including Wong Lo Kat Pharmaceutical and SF Pharmaceutical being among the first batch of tenants as the park enters its trial operation phase.

Affiliated with Guangzhou Transportation Group Logistics Company, the park aims to become a comprehensive medical industry park featuring a smart central pharmacy for Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, with a total construction area exceeding 100,000 square meters.

As a key project in Guangzhou, it is included in the suburban warehouse construction plan, being one of the first pilot projects with a total investment of 483 million yuan ($67.28 million) and a short construction period.

Its core competitiveness lies in three areas. The first is its convenient location, just a 20-minute drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and the city center. Second is its efficient logistics system with a core distribution system built around the "three warehouses". Third is its strong technological support, including a self-developed multidimensional product matrix.

The park will promote cooperation between enterprises within the park and those in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to expand international business. It is expected to achieve a revenue scale of 30 million yuan within the first year of production, generating integrated logistics service revenue of about 60 million yuan.
