On July 3, the global investment promotion launch conference took place at the Yiyun Science and Technology Innovation Center in Guangzhou, with a planned trial operation set for Sept next year.
Located in Dayuan sub-district, Baiyun district, the project covers approximately 200,000 square meters. It will feature modern commercial facilities, and nearby Maritime Silk Road Music Park will host international music festivals. Additionally, a pet park will be included, offering shopping, entertainment, and leisure experiences.
In the future, the project aims to unite more than 400 global brands, forming a commercial ecosystem that combines exclusive discounts, Guangzhou cuisine, the Party Pier Music Park nightlife district, and art and culture.
Sasseur Group is China's largest outlet mall operator, recording over 23.8 billion yuan ($3.31 billion) in revenue for 2024, up 13 percent year over year. The project's completion will address the high-end luxury outlet market gap in Guangzhou.
