Intangible cultural heritage art exhibition opens in Baiyun
On June 19, the Zhu Bingren Guangzhou Art Exhibition and the grand opening ceremony of the Baicheng Art Museum's new building kicked off at the Baicheng Art Museum in Huangshi sub-district, Baiyun district.
This exhibition showcases over 100 exquisite bronze artworks created by Zhu, a master of Chinese arts and crafts and a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage in the field of bronze sculpture. The three pieces "Burning Sunflower", "National Deer", and "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" are striking, presented in Gengcai Cloisonne Enamel, Dunhuang Style, and molten copper art, showcasing a fusion of tradition and modernity.

The exhibition also features multiple classic, award-winning works by the "Bronze Sculpture Father and Son" Zhu Bingren and Zhu Junmin. This exhibition marks one of the national touring exhibitions of Zhu Bingren's artwork and serves as the inaugural display for the Baicheng Art Museum's new building. Visitors can enjoy free until the end of this month.
Furthermore, the Baicheng Art Museum will host themed exhibitions every month, inviting representative inheritors of national intangible cultural heritage and national masters of arts and crafts to take part in the events.
In addition to this exhibition, Baiyun district will host several other exhibitions, such as the "Exquisite Baiyun, Welcoming the National Games" exhibition, featuring works by members of the Baiyun District Artists Association, which will offer citizens a rich artistic feast.
