Several industrial projects in Guangzhou Private Science Park have recently made significant progress.

The main building of the AVCiT Display and Control Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Base has been topped out, with an expected completion date of August and operation by the end of the year. The project, a modern 12-story industrial building featuring a full glass exterior, has a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan ($41.76 million) and a total floor area of around 55,000 square meters. It will focus on distributed ultra-high-definition and AI industrial manufacturing.

The Photosynthetic Intelligent Manufacturing Valley project is also under rapid construction and is expected to be completed by the end of August. With a total investment of nearly 390 million yuan and a total floor area of 85,000 sq m, the project will comprise four high-rise industrial buildings and one ancillary building, creating a comprehensive park with multiple formats.

The Suntron Intelligent Industrial Park, which topped out on June 16, has a total investment of roughly 480 million yuan and a building area of around 90,000 sq m. This eight-story modern building will establish a new hub for the electronic components industry, focusing on the research and sales of electronic components across various fields. It is expected to be operational in the first half of next year.
