Huangshi sub-district recently held a launch ceremony for two major initiatives – the Greater Bay Area (GBA) International Music City project and the Jiangxia Metro Station area quality enhancement project.

These efforts aim to strengthen the overall appeal of the Jiangxia Metro Station area through targeted urban upgrades, promoting high-quality development. During the ceremony, Jiangxia Economic Cooperative signed a cooperation agreement with business representatives, marking a key step forward in the project's implementation.

The GBA International Music City project, along with the Jiangxia Metro Station area quality improvement project, will introduce music-themed districts, outdoor performance stages, and immersive cultural spaces. These additions are designed to attract cutting-edge consumer experiences and artistic engagement while nurturing musical talents.

Project planners emphasized a three-pronged strategy: optimizing transportation networks, enhancing urban aesthetics, and upgrading commercial offerings. The goal is to establish a model for metro-adjacent urban renewal and cultivate a new hub for economic growth.

In recent years, Huangshi sub-district has prioritized high-quality economic development while addressing public demand for leisure, sports, and cultural amenities. Moving forward, Jiangxia will strengthen unified management, initiate upgrades and renovations for properties around the metro station area, and achieve integrated development across multiple domains.
