On May 28, the main building of the Guanrui Technology Cultural Industry Park, located in the core area of the pravite Science and Technology Park, was fully topped out, with an expected opening by the end of this year.

The industrial park, funded and constructed by the Oriental Group, has a total investment of 700 million yuan ($97.23 million) and a total construction area of nearly 100,000 square meters. It will feature five main functional areas, aiming to become a comprehensive park for digital cultural industry innovation demonstration integrating design, research and development, and testing functions, forming an integrated ecological industrial chain of production, research, exhibition, performance, and living.

The East Asia headquarters base, which is equipped with an intelligent office system and shared collaboration spaces, will gather leading technology companies and cultural institutions.

The East Asia Cultural Arts Center includes a 1,550-seat experimental theater that will host international-level performances and events.

The outdoor live theater uses holographic projection and sound and light linkage technology to provide immersive outdoor experiences for 1,000 people. It is expected to become a filming location and a cultural landmark in the future.

The industrial park will also solicit investment from the cultural technology and creative industries. Since its establishment in 1984, the Oriental Group has focused on the cultural equipment and cultural architecture industry chain.
