Baiyun district is about to welcome a new commercial complex - Baiyun Lake Kingbuy Plaza, which will open on May 1.

The commercial complex, jointly developed by Kingbuy Commercial and Guangzhou city, is the ninth one-stop commercial complex in the Kingbuy Commercial area of the Guangzhou-Foshan region, with a commercial area of 133,000 square meters.

The project boasts convenient transportation access at the intersection of No1 Guanghua Road and the Airport Expressway, adjacent to the Xiaomao Metro Station.

The mall features several popular spots themed around the blue jacaranda flower sea, and the fourth-floor Sky City Lounge includes creative spaces like the Mountain and Water-themed spiral staircase and Cloud Ladder Green Corridor, exuding an intense artistic atmosphere.

Baiyun Lake Kingbuy Plaza has already signed contracts with 235 brands and plans to introduce over 280 brands, offering various formats including supermarkets, dining, retail, entertainment, and education.

The flagship store, Supermarket, will undergo upgrades, while the Mopower Cinema boasts Guangzhou's largest CL panoramic super cinema and first-class cabin seats. The grand opening will include generous benefits such as up to 50 percent off on dining and discounts on purchases of gold, electronics, and more.

After the mall opens, it will fill the commercial gap in the Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City area, catering to the daily life and leisure needs of over 800,000 residents in the surrounding area.
