The "Million Talents Gather in Guangdong" 2025 N City Joint Spring Recruitment Event was held from April 19 to 20, with the Baiyun Talent Special Train arriving at Nankai University in Tianjin.

On April 19, the Organization Department of the CPC Baiyun District Committee led a team to Tsinghua University to promote the establishment of a new type of energy storage joint research institute. On April 20, the Baiyun District Talent Attraction and Intelligence Station at Nankai University was unveiled, opening up channels to attract talent.

During the recruitment fair, five enterprises, including the National Institute of Guangdong Advanced Energy Storage, introduced job demands and extended olive branches. Baiyun district organized over 20 units, offering more than 400 high-quality jobs in multiple industries, with some positions offering an annual salary of nearly 1 million yuan ($136,851).

The event featured a city exhibition area showcasing the local situation and industrial chain, helping jobseekers understand Baiyun's development ecosystem. There were also immersive job-seeking experiences on-site, including a makeup and makeover area, stamp collection checkpoint, intangible cultural heritage displays, and a food prize exchange area, integrating culture and motivation.

Additionally, Baiyun arranged for over 100 companies to take part in online simultaneous recruitment, offering over 600 positions and recruiting 1,872 people. In recent years, Baiyun has shown strong development momentum and invites young students to come and kick off their careers here.
