Baiyun welcomes spring with fragrant spring honey
Baiyun is a traditional production area of lychee and longan in Guangzhou, with a planting history dating back hundreds of years.
In Zhongluotan town at the foot of Maofeng Mountain, freshly harvested spring honey is now available. Among the lychee orchards near Banhu village, a beekeeper surnamed Kuang is busy collecting honey. Gently lifting the lid of the beehive, he skillfully shakes the bees, cuts the combs, and shakes the honey. As the honey bucket rotates, the amber-colored honey flows slowly, exuding the unique sweetness of lychee flowers.

The beekeeper mentioned that this spring had experienced moderate rainfall, resulting in exceptionally sweet and rich honey of high quality.
In Baitu village, a beekeeper surnamed Fang is also busy harvesting honey, drawing on beekeeping experience passed down from his ancestors. He emphasizes that the honey produced relies entirely on natural fermentation by the bees, without any artificial additives.
Spring honey not only has a bright color and amber luster, but also a dense texture, carrying the sweet and fragrant taste of lychee. It is rich in active substances, offering benefits in terms of beauty, blood tonifying, digestion, sleep, and immunity.
Why not take a weekend trip to Zhongluotan town in Baiyun district and bring back this sweet and rich spring honey?
