On April 15, the inauguration ceremony for the Guangdong Province Pop Music Hall was held in Huangshi sub-district, marking the beginning of a collaborative effort between Huangshi sub-district and various enterprises to develop the Greater Bay Area International Music City.

Guangzhou Xinyue Performing Arts Agency will upgrade and transform Jiangxia New World into Xinyue Square. It will create an open music-themed sub-district, a commercial complex integrating music creation, industry exchanges, business offices, performance exhibitions, leisure, and entertainment.

Xinyue Square has signed an agreement with the Guangdong Province Pop Music Association to build a Guangdong Province Pop Music Hall of approximately 1,500 square meters, becoming an important platform for music and cultural exchanges.

Moreover, Xinyue Square is set to host renowned musician studios, including of Master Chen Xiaoqi, which will function as one of the headquarters for the Guangdong Province Pop Music Association, enhancing the visibility and influence of the music city.

The construction of Xinyue Square and the Guangdong Province Pop Music Hall will promote the integrated development of the music industry, cultural tourism consumption, and talent aggregation, contributing to the deepening of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
