Jiafang Smart Audiovisual Industry Park has recently completed its main construction and entered the final stage of investment promotion, with an expected official opening in June this year.

The industrial park is transformed from an old industrial area, comprising five buildings with a total construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters. It is located adjacent to the Baiyun District People's Hospital, surrounded by thriving commercial activities and convenient transportation, approximately 1,000 meters from dual subway stations.

The renovation project adopts a "structural reinforcement + functional reorganization" model. While preserving the main building structures, it innovatively creates flexible space combinations ranging from 100 to 6,000 sq m, including standalone buildings, creative lofts, panoramic flat floors, and other diverse product forms.

Zhong Ruiqin, the head of the industrial park, stated that investment promotion is progressing simultaneously, with numerous companies already moving in. These companies span various industries such as cosmetics, art exhibitions, artificial intelligence, education and training, trendy dining, live streaming, and comprehensive e-commerce categories.

Furthermore, the roads surrounding the park are undergoing optimization and enhancement. A vibrant and creatively diverse park fostering various industries' development is set to debut soon.
