For Lantern Festival, Baiyun Mountain's Mingchun Valley held a celebration at the mountaintop square that combined elements of the Lantern Festival and ancient Valentine's Day customs on Feb 12, providing an unforgettable festive experience for both local residents and tourists.

At the event, attendees engaged in traditional folk activities such as paper cutting, DIY lantern making, and lantern riddle solving, immersing themselves in the customs of traditional festivals. Additionally, the venue hosted a hands-on tangyuan making experience where visitors personally crafted and tasted tangyuan in a variety of different shapes, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.

Furthermore, to recreate the romantic ambiance of the ancient Valentine's Day, the valley prepared exciting activities like martial arts courtship and silk ball throwing. Adorned in magnificent attire, actors brought to life scenes of ancient courtship, bringing the festive atmosphere to a climax. The mountaintop square was decorated in an ancient style, complemented by a romantic sea of embroidered balls that transported visitors to a bygone era filled with vibrant market life.
