Creative week kicks off in Guangzhou Design Capital
The fifth Guangzhou Creative Week is held at the design hall in Guangzhou Design Capital from Jan 17 to 23.
Themed "New Quality Design," this creative week aims to gather global design wisdom, promote design innovation and industrial upgrading, and inject new vitality into the economic and social development of Baiyun district and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Guangzhou Creative Week is an international event that gathers various design industry resources to enhance the international influence of design in Guangzhou.
Key figures such as Srini Srinivasan, chief operating officer of DIIS and former president of the World Design Organization (WDO); Liu Guanzhong, one of the first senior professors of humanities at Tsinghua University; and Ji Wenbo, vice chairman of the China Fashion Designers Association, will attend the opening ceremony.
During the event, a series of activities will be held, including the unveiling of the China Architectural Society's popular science base and the release of the second-anniversary achievements of the internationalized district of the Design Capital in Guangzhou.

The Guangzhou Design Capital has become a major hub for developing new industries, formats, and models in the Bay Area, attracting over 400 high-quality, innovative enterprises with a total output of 80 billion yuan ($10.91 billion).
With a gathering of expert masters and over 10,000 design innovation talents, the Guangzhou Design Capital Hong Kong Office has also been put into use, marking the beginning of a new global investment promotion phase.
