Automotive manufacturing headquarters to be established in Baiyun
On Dec 20, the AB1201068-1 plot in the Future Industry Innovation Core Area of Baiyun district's Private Science Park in Guangzhou was transferred to Guangzhou Ruisheng Auto Parts Company.
The transaction price for the plot was 25.38 million yuan ($3.47 million), and it is earmarked for the construction of the Fuke International Automotive Parts Research and Manufacturing Headquarters.
Situated on Longgui Street, the land has an area of 13,427 square meters suitable for development. The project site enjoys convenient transportation, located 10 kilometers from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, with access to Metro Lines 14, 3, and the planned Line 34 running through the park.
Xiamen Fuke Auto Parts Company, founded in 2008, focuses on the research, production, and sales of automotive spare parts, including wipers, special steel, and LED lights. Its products are sold in 136 countries, and its wiper production capacity ranks first in the industry, with a market share of 40 percent.

In recent years, Baiyun has attracted upstream and downstream automotive headquarters enterprises to build a comprehensive automotive service market, driving the formation of a billion-dollar smart automotive industry landscape and enhancing industrial agglomeration capacity.
Several headquarters enterprises have been established in Baiyun such as Donggu Center, Hongyue Group Automotive Building, and Yuebao Center, leading to a growing automotive industry cluster effect.
