On Dec 29, the promotion of the Fashion Capital of Guangzhou and the investment attraction event for Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) YueSheng Plaza was launched.

12 high-quality enterprises signed contracts to settle in the plaza, covering fields such as engineering construction, electric power equipment, building materials, and consulting services.

The contracted area exceeded 45,000 sq m, and one of the world's largest hotel groups, InterContinental Hotels, was introduced. Currently, more than 10 businesses have already settled in, including tea shops, light meals, snacks, and car rentals.

With the gathering momentum of the comprehensive transportation hub at Baiyun Station, Guangdong Sheng Plaza will be developed into a 300,000 sq m multi-format commercial complex, contributing to the rise of the Fashion Capital of Guangzhou.
