With a value-oriented approach emphasizing research and development, design, exhibition and trade, and personalized customization, it aims to become an international fashion industry cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Leveraging the opening and operation of Baiyun station and the transformation of the district's Luochongwei area, the Fashion Capital of Guangzhou will plan for nearly 1,000 mu (67 hectares) of industrial land, resulting in approximately 2.8 million square meters of industrial construction.
It aims to attract leading companies in the IT and fashion industry giants, creating an international fashion goods trading base, an industrial exchange platform, and an innovation and entrepreneurship base.
