The 31st Guangzhou Agricultural Expo, held in Hall 3.1 of the China Import and Export Fair from Aug 25 to 28, showcased Baiyun's efforts in rural vitalization.

This year, Baiyun's exhibition booth showcased 15 Baiyun-based agricultural enterprises and their signature products.

On the opening day, a 60-kilogram roasted pig attracted a crowd of visitors who couldn't wait to purchase and savor a taste. For the next three days, freshly roasted pigs were displayed, bringing classic Baiyun flavors to the exhibition visitors.

Other local specialty agricultural products from Baiyun were also highlighted at the expo, such as Shatian lemon tea, Zhouxing's characteristic water chestnut cakes, and Jiangcun's pre-made chicken dishes.

The exhibition serves as a platform for promoting and showcasing Baiyun's agricultural brands, while also allowing visitors to experience the district's rich flavors and cultural heritages.
