Helong Science and Technology Innovation Valley
Surrounded by Maofeng Mountains, Tongluowan Reservoir, Shatian Reservoir, and Helong Reservoir, the Helong Science and Technology Innovation Valley is one of the eight industrial parks in Baiyun district of Guangzhou.
Boasting a scenic environment, the valley is adjacent to the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, and is located at the intersection of Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. It is being eyed as the Silicon Valley of Baiyun district.

The valley has a planning area of about 80 square kilometers, including four industrial clusters of cluster A, cluster B, Jinji Lake cluster, and Jinjiling cluster, as well as the Taihe residential cluster.
The valley will adopt a development model of high density and low intensity, targeting high-tech industries, bringing together talents, building a high-tech headquarters, and highlighting environmental protection.
With innovation, coordination, openness and sharing as its goals, the valley has a high-quality ecological environment and a three-dimensional transportation network ready to take shape.
Cluster A is located south of Helong Reservoir and covers about three square kilometers. It will incorporate three plots of Lin’an, Dairy Farm and Meilong River South, and will focus on artificial intelligence, information services and e-commerce to grow into the cluster of artificial intelligence headquarters.
Located north of Helong Reservoir and covering about 1.5 square kilometers, cluster B plans to introduce leading enterprises in first-generation information technology such as mobile internet, big data, Internet of Things and software research and development to become the cluster of information industry headquarters.
The Jinji Lake and Jinjiling clusters, covering 1.2 square kilometers and 3.2 square kilometers, strive to bring in energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises and new energy enterprises, respectively.
