Construction on 21 projects of the beauty and health industrial park in Baiyun Beauty Bay is accelerating, local media outlets reported on April 10.

Among them, the Guangzhou Shifei intelligent manufacturing base is the first to complete the main structures of all buildings and is expected to begin trial production in August of this year. The project covers a planned land area of 22,000 square meters and a total construction area of 68,000 sq m, and will greatly benefit world-class cosmetics intelligent manufacturing enterprises.

In addition, a high-end cosmetics research and production headquarters base started construction in December of last year and is expected to be completed in July 2024. It will be a demonstration base for high-end cosmetics design, research, display and production in Baiyun district.

The beauty and health industrial park will be dominated by two major industries – beauty and pharmaceuticals – and will be developed into a fashion and beauty research and production base, a bio-pharmaceutical and health industry research, development and innovation base, and a smart manufacturing and testing base.
