The Baiyun Financial Holding Building, located in the core area of Baiyun New City, opened on March 12, and is regarded as Baiyun's financial and talent gathering area.

The building features a land area of about 12,600 square meters and a building height of about 80 meters.

It aims to develop a comprehensive industrial platform that integrates multiple business forms, such as headquarters offices and high-end businesses. It will provide high-end office spaces and efficient industry-finance docking services for enterprises that choose to settle in.

The building strives to introduce a number of enterprises covering the funding and insurance sectors. It also strives to attract high-quality supporting service enterprises, such as Poly Property Management, with the aim of becoming Guangzhou's new urban reception hall.
