Recently, the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau put up Land Parcel AH090405 in the south area of Pazhou for paid assignment.

Located on the north side of Xinjiao East Road and the east side of Chisha North Wharf, the land is assigned for education and scientific research, with a total area of 25,000 square meters and a total floor area of 45,000 square meters.

On this plot, Haizhu District plans to build a high-quality international school, which will provide more opportunities for high-standard international education for residents, further improving the quality of education.

Location of the land parcel

According to the urban renewal projects, Haizhu District will see other changes in the future. In the Fenghe area, educational facilities from kindergarten to senior high school are to be upgraded; in the Lianxing area, primary schools, junior high schools, and senior high schools will be integrated to establish 12-year consistent schools. Located to the north of Shangchong Fruit Tree Park, the plot of the Innovation Valley School 

Attached to Sun Yat-sen University will be used to establish 18-class primary and 72-class secondary schools, with a total area of 80,566 square meters and a total floor area of 46,276 square meters.
