The 13th Guangzhou Friendship Games, under the guidance of the Guangzhou organizing committee for the 15th National Games, 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and 9th National Special Olympics Games, and co-organized by the foreign affairs office of people's government of Guangzhou Municipality, Guangzhou sports bureau, and Guangzhou commerce bureau, are set to kick off in just one day.

Scheduled for Oct 26 to 27 at the Tianhe Sports Center in Guangzhou, the event is expected to feature over 1,000 participants from 59 countries and regions. It will also welcome officials and families from 11 consulates in Guangzhou, along with representatives from 10 local universities, all ready to showcase their talents in a spirit of friendly competition.
