Expats in Guangzhou attend the last Guangzhou Friendship Games.

The 13th Guangzhou Friendship Games, organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, will be held from Oct 26 to 27 at the Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center. The event aims to deepen friendship and promote exchanges between Chinese people and foreigners in Guangzhou.

Main events will include men's five-a-side basketball, men's seven-a-side football, tennis, badminton and bowling.

Prizes will be awarded to the top eight finishers in each event. Awards such as the "Excellent Organization Award" and "Best Male/Female Athlete Award" will be presented as well.

In addition, a plethora of engaging and entertaining activities will be held at the West Gate Plaza of the Guangzhou Tennis Center on Oct 26 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This event promises a blend of fun and excitement for all attendees.

Participants must be in good health without any conditions that could compromise their ability to engage in vigorous physical activity.

Athletes are required to bring their own sports equipment, such as rackets. Participants must present their ID cards or passports for on-site registration.
