A China-Italy friendship exchange story meeting was held in Rome, Italy, on Nov 16. As a bridge between the two great civilizations, the event once again showcased the deep historical roots and friendship between China and Italy.

During the meeting, representatives from both countries reviewed the long-standing economic and trade cooperation, highlighting the significant role of Guangdong, and particularly Guangzhou, in this realm. A highlight of the event was the fusion of Cantonese and Italian cuisines, illustrating the blend and innovation of the culinary cultures of both nations.

Additionally, a designer from GAC Research and Development Center Europe (R&D Center Europe) shared experiences in car design in Italy, reflecting the Sino-Italian collaboration in the automotive industry. Li Ran, the chief purser of China Southern Airlines, narrated stories of Sino-Italian interactions in the skies, demonstrating human connection and international cooperation.

This event not only deepened the cultural and economic understanding between China and Italy but also showcased the profound friendship and mutual respect between the peoples of the two nations.
