On September 9, a mooncake-making class was held at the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou, inviting 20 families with special kids to experience the vibe of the Mid-Autumn Festival in advance.

In the class, experienced chefs from the hotel demonstrated and explained how to make this appetizing dessert step by step. Following the guidance of chefs, kids and their parents got hands-on experiences in kneading dough, adding filling with egg yolk and bean paste, and molding the mooncake with wooden mold.
