On May 15, the 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Family Education Exchange Event was held in Nansha, Guangzhou. 

At the event, the Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macao Women and Children Exchange Base was unveiled. This is the first base of its kind to serve all of the Greater Bay Area.

The "Greater Bay Area Children's Patriotic Journey" family research route was also released at the event. A research route is a series of locations and transportation lines within an area that carry out research practice activities. 

Gong Hong, chairman of the Guangzhou Women's Federation, delivered a speech at the event. 

Gong stated that the purpose of holding this event is to focus on family education and family value construction, thus building an exchange platform for families in the Greater Bay Area.
