On March 31, Ma Manhe, a leader at the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government, was invited to attend the 2023 Macao Investment Spring Tea Conference and the 19th Board of Directors and Supervisors Inauguration Ceremony for the Macao Panyu Fellow Townsmen Association.

During the event, Ma engaged in in-depth discussions with prominent figures from Macao's political and business sectors, as well as honorary citizens of Guangzhou and locals from Panyu district that are residing in Macao. 

The meetings aimed to strengthen the foundation of commercial cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and jointly promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
