Guangzhou's Chimelong Paradise will be turned into a theme park, and the area to the south of it will be turned into residential and large-scale commercial complexes.

The area will be built into a landmark business district with global influence, and the Chimelong Tourist Resort will also become an international tourism brand project.

The 100.9-hectare project is located in the northwest Panyu district, southeast of the Chimelong area, east of the Xinguang Expressway, and north of Hanxi Avenue.

The north side of the project area will be the amusement park and supporting facilities, while the south side will consist of parking lots and substations. The project will be surrounded by hotels and water parks.
