Zhan Decun, director of the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government, met with Loh Tuck Keat, consul general of Singapore in Guangzhou. 

The two sides exchanged views on further strengthening cooperation between Guangzhou and Singapore in various fields, as well as on continuing to promote the development of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.
